Summary Annual Reports

As required by law, JHU provides summary annual reports for various benefits plans offered to employees. The content, and even much of the wording, is specified by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and Labor Department guidelines. SARs are posted the fall following each calendar year.
