Mindfulness provides powerful tools to see how our thoughts and emotions about money impact our actions. This webinar, brought to you by JHU’s financial well-being partner MMA, will provide tools to work with our thoughts and emotions about money to better align our financial choices with our goals and values. When we are intentional with our financial choices, we create a foundation for financial well-being.
