Many people will feel lonely at some points in their lives. Although everyone’s experience of loneliness will be unique, loneliness is often described as the feeling people get when their need for rewarding social contact and relationships is not met, in quantity and/or quality. In this session, you will learn practical steps on how to overcome loneliness and build better connection with others.
