Calm App Premium

    • The Calm app is a wellness app designed to help users manage stress, improve sleep, and cultivate a more mindful way of life.
    • Calm offers features like guided mediation, sleep stories, soundscapes, and breathing exercises
    • To access the Calm App for free follow the steps below:
      1. First create  an account at calm.com/jhu
      2. Use an @jhu.edu or @jhmi.edu email to create the account
      3. Click on the confirmation email that is sent to your inbox
      4. Download the Calm app from Apple App store or Google Play, or go to calm.com
      5. Log in with the email you used to create the account and Calm Premium will be available for free
