Physical Well-being

“I hadn’t used Burnalong before hearing about the challenge, […] I enjoyed learning more about nutrition and ways to reduce some of the pain that comes with transitioning to a desk job after college life. It’s great to have access to a resource that focuses on wellness from multiple angles (physical activity, mental health, pain reduction, nutrition, etc.)”

“As someone who has a standard gym membership, Burnalong has helped me to explore a multitude of new workouts and exercises! Outside of my usual cardio and weightlifting, I have now picked up a love for yoga and Pilates that I am able to do at home. The ‘take 5’ breaks and desk workouts also help me to recenter and recharge at the office. Thank you JHU for giving us FREE access to this amazing app!”
