
Employee Resource Groups, commonly referred to as ERGs, allow individuals with shared backgrounds or interests to voluntarily connect and learn from each other. They create an inclusive work environment that encourages the engagement of diverse views and experiences.
At Johns Hopkins University (JHU), each ERGs’ objectives and activities contribute to creating an inclusive work environment with their membership and events open to all JHU faculty and staff to connect and learn from each other, encouraging the engagement of diverse views and experiences. They are led voluntarily by faculty and staff with support from Central Human Resources (HR) and in consultation with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI). See the ERGs you can join below.
