You are eligible to enroll in the FSA plans as long as you are a full-time faculty or staff member. You may also cover your eligible dependents, as defined under federal tax law.
Note: Domestic partners and children of domestic partners are not considered eligible dependents for FSAs. This means that expenses incurred by domestic partners or children of domestic partners are not eligible for reimbursement unless they qualify as your eligible dependent under the specific federal tax law definitions that apply to FSAs.
